FLUIDIZATION FREEZER
Fluidization freezer is used to rapidly freeze small particulate foods like peas, corn, shrimp, diced fruits, or small baked goods. The freezer uses a powerful blast of cold air that pushes upward through a perforated conveyor belt, lifting and suspending the food particles in mid-air. This maximizes contact between the cold air and the surface of each food particle, allowing for efficient and uniform freezing.
